I do not dodge the issue.

You still haven't said who gets to decide what content is acceptable on YouTube.

That is not what is happening regarding the OT. Molyneux has been demonitized on YouTube for 2 years in case you did not realize. He makes his money directly from donors, not YouTube advertisers. LAZ isn't making any direct profit off the platform or taking away profit from the platform and is donating to BLM with his own money, not Jim's or the platform.

We're off point. The poster said it would be restraint of trade if the platform only banned one user who was making money and let others stay.

I'm just pointing out that that's nonsense.

Enjoy life in your post-Constitutional wasteland.

If you would stop supporting the communists, we might avoid going there. If you keep tolerating the status quo, then we will most definitely get there.

They are the problem. Making everyone obey the constitution is the solution.

When you’re rejecting property rights for your political enemies you’re already there.

>> lightning bug

Are you seriously characterizing FR as an aimless, sputtering lightning bug — a child’s prey to be captured in jar on a warm summer night... Jeez...

The Tech oligarchs are no different than the railroads, the oil companies, the telephone company, and many other monopolies that have become out of control.

I don't care how it's done. It must be done. These corporations either need to be tamed or destroyed.

Remember the "The Trust Buster", Teddy Roosevelt?   He used the SHERMAN ANTITRUST ACT, passed by Congress in 1890 to bust up institutions who had become obstacles to trade.   He took on J. P. Morgan and won. Eventually Standard Oil was dissolved.   And the list went on and on.

Fast forward to The Modified Final Judgement against AT&T administered by Judge Harold Green.   It was split into AT&T Long Distance, seven separate Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs) and a seperate engineering company that had been Western Electric and Bell Labs which later became Lucent. WE would all still be typing on remote green font VDTs hard connected to megalithic mainframes playing "Hunt the Wumpus" if the AT&T breakup had not happened.

It is past time that these four horsemen, Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter were reined in.

Some may see irony in a link to Google Books for a quote condemning Google, et al.   I do too. ;^)

I believe in free markets.

YouTube, Facebook, etc., right now enjoy legal protections by claiming they are not "publishers." Meanwhile, they are behaving as publishers by engaging directly with viewpoint censorship. If they want to do that, then such protections should be stripped from them, which will result, of course, in their complete obliteration from lawsuits. Such is the cost of playing leftist games.

Since allowing this to continue will get us all there, I say let's take advantage of the doctrine now.

No property rights for communications carriers. Since they chose to abuse them, they should not be allowed to have them.

No property rights for communications carriers.

Any of them?

Define "communications carriers".
