Considering most spouses of active duty get hired through USAJOBS (I did a couple of times), the cronyism label fits but that is a promoted feature/benefit that government continues to encourage. So, what to do about that one? Also, if it's not DOD, it's some other agency promoting nepotism through government employment.
My guess is that some centralized expansion is planned/ going to occur and this EO is just part of the foundation to grow/feed the Leviathan further which we do not need.

There are quite a few weasel words here.
This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
Does Griggs vs. Duke Power have to be vacated? How does the government (or any employer) prove that a particular test or question is valid?
