Does Ted frequent FR? We had a short discussion about Trump joining Parler earlier.
Hopefully they have independent control of the servers from *ALL* liberal tech companies. It would be like conservatives to congregate to a single platform, then have the site disappear overnight.
Why do you log out? I’m running on an Iphone and laptop and never see a login.
It’s a worry because don’t they control most of the internet and bandwidth, especially for big projects like Parler?
Hopefully it will be ok. I dont think they have had many problems handling the huge growth so that’s a good sign.

Just as for President Trump, Cruz can join Parler but should POST IDENTICAL MESSAGES ON BOTH PARLER AND TWITTER. Never surrender or abandon ground. Keep the broadest possible audiences.

At the bottom of his posts you can click comments and read/write stuff.

I'm learning my way around it, but it seems to be a lot like Twitter, which I joined two days ago and am still not totally familiar with.
I agree. You go there and see nothing and have to login just to what? Add to their email list? Bump their membership numbers?
Why can’t you visit and evaluate the site without posting ability just to decide? Scam likely radar triggered.
Several sites - Quora, for instance, I unsubscribed twice but it just keeps coming. I have enough email to wade through.
I use twitter for reading news...
I think its good for that i.e follow media outlets etc.
Parler I like because you can engage more with people than twitter. It’s better suited for discussion (bit like FR!)
