I received the 'missing' order last week the next day after I complained, but it came from Covington, LA [near 4 Interstates (I-12, I-10, I-55, and I-59)]. Slidell, LA is just on I-10,

Beware to track what you buy online...

Were you ordering from Walmart dot com or from a third party on the Walmart website? I will not order from a third party. Also I ship site to store as much as possible.

Walmart is a puppet of the left. I’m amazed that so many conservatives are so apathetic to this fact. Why spend a single dollar there?

It’s also been noted that Walmart is rife with a criminal element, far above any other major retailer. This includes many employees.

Walmart employees are not stealing your stuff. Missing movies and video games from packaging happens at the manufacturer, Chinese? Your vacuum, a simple shipping delay.

Walmart's ecommerce shortcomings stem from running brick and mortar stores. The warehouses and workers filling and shipping online orders are serving live stores at the same time. Amazon doesn't have that problem.

Walmart has a lot of room for improvement, but the employees are not stealing from you. They probably gave you a big card to make you happy.

I ordered from Walmart in late March, it took 3 weeks (no other company had what I wanted). Their tracking page kept saying “delayed, delayed.”

It finally arrived and barely worked. I sat on hold for an hour on the phone and never got anyone on the phone. I couldn’t get an answer fulling out a customer service form online.

Finally I found an email address for the manufacturer in China... I took a handful of pictures showing what was wrong and emailed them, and he sent a replacement almost immediately.

When the new one came, I did an “unboxing” video documenting whats in the package. So far it works.

Lots of places are having shipping issue due to the current climate...I even had some headaches getting a MyPillow topper...won’t say WalMart employees are incapable of thievery but wouldn’t jump to that conclusion so quick - especially since you ended up with 2 CDs...and gave one away....not much different than stealing in itself...

Maybe it was in that Fed Ex truck that pancaked the guy trying to rob it...

I used to work in the retail industry.

Theft from our company warehouses was rampant. They were union shops so little was ever done about it.

Theft from FedEx shipments by FedEx employees was rampant too. They had figured out which boxes likely contained jewelry and started helping themselves. Stupid corporate management had signed an iron-clad contract with them which prevented us from switching to other carriers.

Years ago I had a neighbor who was a Teamster who believed that helping himself to anything in his truck was an unwritten perk of his contract. That attitude is widespread.
