His list of predictions seems to have taken on a life of its own, getting bounced around the internet with missing or wrong attributions.

Would you like to group share kitchen and bathroom facilities with group? I don’t particularly like sharing them with my wife. That is why I have my own bath, and chase her out of the kitchen.

Why use a reactor to make steam to spin a turbine to generate electricity to run the motors to turn the wheels? Lots of extra bits and conversion losses. Cut out the middleman and run the wheels with turbines. Plus, how do you get enough atmospheric cooling to condense the steam from a reactor anyway?
