A lot of fascinating culture in the Chesapeake Bay! Virginia tends to have the more unique IMHO.
The Southern Grill in Ellendale, DE ( Delmarva peninsula) features a Muskrat dinner special on Wednesday nights. It was featured on the show Restaurant Impossible last fall. My son has wanted to try it as we pass by there frequently but it is closed right now- likely due to Covid. Not a takeout place.
