18 U.S. Code § 595. Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments
uses his official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate for the office of President
1 year prison
I don’t think that representative falls under the umbrella of “administrative employee”.
This could be racketing .

There is no money involved. The tickets are free.
Tickets are free, and there’s no proof she spearheaded anything.
There’s more important things to concern ourselves with.
Oddly, if she had actually pushed a plan to overload the phone banks or computers giving out tickets, she might be guilty of a DOS attack, we have cyber-crimes laws against stuff like that.
But not against people claiming free tickets.
On the other hand, we should accept that “Biden Supporters” took thousands of tickets. They have bragged about it. Whenever someone mentions the “low attendance”, we just say “Hey, Trump gave away free tickets to people who wanted to see him — and Biden Supporters grabbed a lot of them so that those americans would be denied access to the arena.
So of course there were empty seats, the democrats suppresed the ability of people who wanted to sit in them to be there. Democrats make up all sorts of things about “republican voter suppression”, but now they are bragging about suppressing the right of voters to even HEAR a candidate.
“Tickets are free, and theres no proof she spearheaded anything.”
But . . . what if AOC is acting on behalf of Russia and Putin and is part of a larger effort to interfere in a presidential election?
Even if she is totally oblivious that she is being manipulated, she could still be impeached, in a manner of speaking.
It has happened before.
Trace the internet links .
Trump needs to charge $1 to a credit card like the post office which is refunded upon picking up ticket .
She has violated many laws. She is also immune from prosecution.
TikTok is a ChiCom app.
The Cortez lady comes from a family with a bloody past and she is colluding with the Chinese Communists to defraud the 2020 election.
I do not think AOC is an administrative employee.
Perhaps we can put her entire office staff in prison?
Would there be any problem with charging for a ticket when there is no guarantee of entrance? I do hope that Trump is able to charge a nominal amount payable by a credit card. This would cut way back on self-centered creeps trying to ruin things for Republicans
Let this serve as a lesson, and a warning: Everything our side does, can and will be attacked undermined, or sabotaged by the left until they achieve their goal of defeating Trump.
Conspiracy to deprive rights?
In case you haven't noticed, the law doesn't apply to politicians who are the darling of the left. We are no longer a nation governed by equal protection and application of the law. We have become a nation governed by the will and opinion of men.
Let’s nip this in the bud, before such silliness spreads and makes all conservatives look stupid: The answer to your question is “no”, and not for any reason posted on this thread so far.
The reason she didn’t break any law by praising the actions of these miscreant children, is because for the simple reason: the interference these misguided kids performed was with a political rally, not an “election”.
A rally isn’t an “election”, by any stretch of any definition much less imagination.
“Trump needs to charge $1 to a credit card”
.
My thoughts exactly, but let’s make it interesting.
