Yes. I believe jets leave vapor trails you can see.....WATER vapor trails.
(It's a by-product of combustion)

I used to think this was just jet vapor. Otherwise conspiracy bunk. But when I was a child, I do not recall the murky white skies of PA we usually see. We often had blue skies.
If Brennan admitted to wanting this in 2016 (I think) at a CFR talk, then it’s probably been going on for decades...
