Those “commentaries” are the “Titles” assigned to the Q posts at qmap.pub.

They are not part of Q’s actual posts.
Usually they are pretty good, but they are not always perfect.

Actually I found a comment attached to an earlier drop when I clicked on the drop number and switched to the Qmap.pub page for just that drop number alone. On the qmap page for a drop, there are sometimes pictures of people mentioned in the drop, and sometimes themes. But the drop I posted earlier had a long comment attached to it.
I was just checking Qmap.pub now and can’t find the drop I was looking at, but can tell all the other drops I’ve checked in the past 5 minutes do not have comments attached. So, few drops have comments - I got lucky. :D
