On my I pad the free republic site says NOT SECURE right in the website bar however it doesn’t block me from getting to the site, I don’t have Firefox though!!
Exit your bookmark for FR URL from HTTP to HTTPS. S is for secure. FR supports it.
I also have the NOT SECURE in red. It has been up there for a while.
My old password for FR was stolen or leeched who knows when. For the past few months I’ve been getting extortion emails regarding my old FR password.
In the address bar of the Firefox browser I am using the FR address is secure (https).
