In interviews, the Indians ask impossible to answer questions, to “disqualify” Americans and hire other Indians. It has happened to me a dozen times. So in one interview they asked me what the order was, of the parameters for the “net present value” function in a specific piece of software.
x = NPV(p1,p2,p3,...)
That is an incredibly obscure function, let alone its specific parameter order.
You know the interview is over and fake when they ask trick questions like this. And the Indians feel so proud when they can make you feel bad and take your job away from you at the same time.

The problem with this exchange is that the author has basically stated that he doesn’t like Indians and doesn’t want to work with them. Assuming that the job posting is on the level, why would they hire someone with this kind of attitude? If the roles were reversed, and the Indian guy bidding for the job had this kind of attitude about Americans, would the American recruiter pass his resume on?

Most Indian H1Bs and hiring managers have absolute contempt for Americans. They absolutely believe that they are superior to Americans.
Thing is, a role reversal might have been possible 30 years ago, but Indians absolutely dominate all levels of tech today. And they are the most racist group on the planet, with the Han Chinese a distant second.
Yeah, I most certainly hate and dispise Indians in IT in the United States. They have absolutely destroyed the US white collar community. Any American going into computer science or IT and many other today is absolutely ignorant of future job prospects.

True for all recruiters at most IT companies today. They will ONLY hire Indians - even DOD contractors. They will try to find Indians to fill positions.

I am just concerned about having a foreign nation take over, at a very fundamental level, the information infrastructure of The United States, in this short period of time.
