I read this AM that they were indeed doing that plus garbage pickup. I figure they'll be feeding them, too.

So it's more of a baby pen than an autonomous zone.

If the CHAZ is flying the UN flag with a stated purpose of overthrowing the government, doesn’t that classify as an insurrection, making them enemy combatants?

And then, does not the dumping of their porta potties, feeding them and taking away their garbage, amount to giving aid and comfort to our enemies?
