That router is old technology if it was 3 years old on Dec 27, 2018.
I wonder what todays tech is capable of.
But being retired enlisted military, my funds are tight and I'll have to do one project at a time.

Those are still being made, but newer ones have faster processors with more cores and they support the “ax” WiFi standard.

What’s nice is you can get any of those as “refurbished” from NewEgg or Amazon at various times. I bought mine that way for well under half the normal price.
