That's what I'd say. But their excuse is valid. I tried to get satellite internet in northern Idaho and was told they were at capacity and I'd have to wait in line for an opening.

I'm glad I couldn't get it. The latency would drive me nuts.

Yep it’s valid- but they should be offering refunds or reduced price since they can’t deliver right now- Time Warner at least gives discounts when their service is interrupted or not up to par- they may give ‘ months of HBO’ or something liek that if the person prefers instead o0f discount on next bill-
