Yes, but when it comes to positions of authority or overpayment, they want LOW quotas for whites and Asians, and guaranteed over-representation for themselves.
I saw on Tucker’s Show that a high up person at UCLA decreed that Blacks would not be able to skip their tests. That ALL students must take their tests.....and he was promptly ghosted.

The decision for promotion should be the color of skin? That is what they want.
They frame it that they are being discriminated because of the color of skin, yet that is the very thing they are asking for.

In 1986 I took the civil service test to be a police officer. I took the test while on active duty in the Navy. The academy class was going to start 6 weeks after my end of service. I had a perfect plan. I was number 2 on the list with absolutely no background problems so I knew I would be hired. Right when I separated a lawsuit was filed that the test was discriminatory. The academy class was canceled until resolution of the lawsuit. I ended up with the sheriff’s dept. and subsequently went back into the Navy. The test was a basic intelligence test, and you were given a booklet which you were supposed to study and memorize. I don’t know what was supposed to be discriminatory about it.
Considering they are only 13% of the population, how much of the federal government employees are AA?
