The only thing I see on those timestamps is the changing of colors which happens throughout the video due to images in the background. This is common on security cameras. The actual time stays consistent.

BTW...the very last few frames of that video shows the second car driving away towards the intersection. You can see it at the very end.

Security cams do not change their 24 hour clock mid-stream.

The other alleged "restaurant surveillance" footage has 24 hour clock (20 based) that is also said by #FakeNews to be 20 minutes off ... so they could reconcile the minutes being off from one to another (not uncommon) but very curious that the same one would at most points have 24 hour clock but this one shows 08:19 (MORNING?) How many cameras and angles do you reasonably believe they would have had pointing at this one location? Why did #FakeNews NBC Today have to angle the picture within the frame? Do you really believe this is a true image?
