This is the Attorney General of a State of the United States, a State that has been so since 1850 when it took 200 days on a ship to get here from the East.
He is absolutely, implacably against the existence of an American nation, he believes this is Mexican land that unfortunately allowed some Anglos to temporarily move in, and he plans to do everything possible to remove them.
Confiscating their method of self defense is primary.

Might as well call it the Federal Judicial Policia de Califas Norte under him. The Gringo “Constitution”? Means nothing to him. In Mexico, where the Made Guys rule, no peon has a gun.
Becerra wants it that way here.
Becerra and Kevin De (the De added to make him seem more ethnic) Leon, the former state senator who bragged on the floor of the state senate that he had helped the illegals in his family come over and stay here, are leaders of La Reconquista in California, 40-year old movement to “re-conquer” the southwest from the US and make it part of Mexico.
The main strategy, as you can easily see is the use of demographics. Let the illegals flood in and get rid of the laws against them being here. Also, provide public support for them to stay. Cal with the help of white dupes like Jerry Brown, Gay Davis and Ahnold, Erioc Garshitti, spends 26 billion year on services to illegals. Now gov nuisance has given them 500 each for “stimulus.”
