The kid was originally charged with second-degree felony murder. But since that’s off the table - and given his age - I guess his punishment will be a few time-outs once school is back in session.
Except for St. Trayvon Martin, who appeared to be perpetually in elementary school.

Provided the murder weapon, and gets a sentence of 6 to 18 months. Plea deals are great, and on top of it, his record will probably be sealed at the same time. He’s got lots of murdering years ahead of him. I hope he gets stabbed in the youthful offender facility he’s sent to.
Black people murdering white people do not cause our horrible, leftist political class to go ballistic. It does not meet the approved narrative.
