Not really. The Register, and Richard Speed in particular, piss on everybody. They malign Apple, Microsoft, Linux, and anything else they come across, with a surprisingly even hand. I have yet to see anyone successfully convict them of fanboyism of any flavor.

That's one reason I post Reg articles -- they're nobody's b!tch, and the snarky sarcasm is its own reward when I'm tired of drowning in the smarmy fanboy drippings of the other tech publications.

REGISTER was v hot on the scene when they splashed in 2006. I will be paying more attention to them. A spartan, minimalist website for sure.
