It is due today, but he not not think it benefits him to publicize it - that might anger those who sit in judgement on him.

He will likely provide something privately to the Court before close of business today. As you highlight, his job might be on the line.

Only the US Senate can remove him and that requires 2/3. It also requires a majority vote in the House.

His job is not likely threatened.

But his case assignments might change substantially.

He has to transmit a copy to Sidney Powell and the DOJ. Sidney Powell will put it up on her website shortly after she gets it.

I expect that Sidney will be on at least one of the FNC shows tonight and tomorrow.

He can’t provide something “Privately”. He’s going to file it electronically, and then anyone with a PACER account [Public Access to Court Electronic Records], which anyone can get [and they’re not even expensive, though not free] will be able to pull it up.
