He probably asked for a continuance. I suspect he realizes he is going nowhere with his partisan shenanigans and in the next few days he will change course and dismiss the charge against Flynn to get himself off the hook. The guy is a dirtbag

I don’t see him getting a continuance. These writs are not designed to drag out. He should have had his ducks in a row going in. You don’t pull the kind of stunt he pulled, then when you’re called on it, go “Gee, I wonder how I can justify this.”
