just ground a plug wire to the body, they will get a good jolt
My father said in the 1930’s they ran a wire (with defeat switch) from a coil and electrified the body.
The purpose was to stop yard dogs from jumping up, putting their front feet on the car, and scratching the paint.
He said it only took once.
