The Caravan POH specifically includes 45 minutes fuel reserve in the range table.
Wow, you are up late. So that is a 45 minute reserve based on a fuel load in a standard caravan. Doesn’t really apply to a battery charge, or does it? Details like that would need to be described in detail in the supplement that will have to be issued for the electric engine version of the plane. I would believe what’s in that supplement when it’s issued as it’s based on flight test data. I wouldn’t believe anything from marketing, which is what you have in the article and company websites.
