I thought it was just my imagination how far Rosedale had collapsed since I was young.
I used to live 2 miles from Rosedale.
Roseville as a whole has declined just like many other first ring suburbs of the Twin Cities - Richfield, St Louis Park, West St Paul, etc.
I suspect Rosedale’s problem is its close proximity to St Paul and Highway 36.
