Yes it is. I see people essentially out in the middle of nowhere wearing masks. They seem to think trees and flowers carry the virus.

Although a lot of them might also be dumb, the real problem is that the vast majority of people are sheep, born only to blindly obey. They will follow whomever they believe is in charge. The job of the non-sheep, is to BE in charge, so that they lead the herds away from stupid stuff like this. Unfortunately, the perceived leaders we have are either stupid or evil or both, but the sheep will still follow them.
