Weve been told by scientists that the Sun cant affect our climate to any appreciable extent because its power output stays effectively the same, regardless of sunspots.
So global warmist scientists would say theres no chance of downward temperature changes from this.

However, the reduction in solar wind allows a much greater number of cosmic rays to hit the atmosphere, which acts like a giant cloud chamber. The theory is that the cosmic rays dramatically increase the amount of cloud cover, raising Earth's albedo and lowering surface temperatures significantly.
I need a better explanation than this. Where do scientists think most of the heat to the earth comes from? The earth itself? This sure doesn’t sound right. Of course, if these are the same “global warming” experts we’re always hearing from then it all needs to be taken with a grain of salt anyway.
