FINALLY got a good soaking here.

I put my peas in over a month ago. They are doing fine as they can stand a freeze like we had last week.

I always soak the seeds in water for a few days indoors , until I see them starting to spout. Then I put them in the ground. I think they sprout faster in the warmer temperatures than just unfrozen soil.

My asparagus is up and going gangbusters.

BTW, the forecast is for more rain starting Sunday afternoon and going until Tues morning.

I sprout them inside, too. I’m also planting 3 weeks apart to allow for second crop.
