Anyway - the basic strategy of the draft is to choose “the best player available.”
If a team chooses the best general manager available and the best head coach available, why should it be rewarded - or penalized - in the draft based on the skin color of their top executives?

Sports is dead. I am 50. I saw the best and unfortunately didn’t see previous but talk to those who know. I am Philly. All of my teams won finally. I have not been on sports radio since COVID one. Life goes on without. This new sports is to be flushed. I am pretty much done.

As for owners, maybe some “rap moguls” and movie “stars” could chip in and buy a team.

Yeah me too. After hearing all the sports wonks complain that no one would sign Kaepernick... and their annual hand-wringing over black candidates being passed over for head coaching positions...
There are only 32 NFL head coaching positions in the football world. Hiring a new coach represents, usually, a large capital expenditure, especially if he's a name, and time, as you generally give someone at least two years to get things turned around (sometimes three). And this man (they are all still men, maybe that will be the next fight) is the face of your franchise more than anyone else, unless you are blessed with a charismatic outstanding QB. Meanwhile your fans get impatient. So, I can understand owners being reluctant to take a chance on an unknown. It's tough to find the next Don Shula or Bill Belichick, or even John Harbaiugh. It's easier to hire someone with a proven track record - Dallas and Mike McCarthy for instance - or most first-time head coaches come from successful franchises. But most of them are busts too - e.g. Charlie Weis, Josh McDaniels. Same for hiring from the college ranks. Other than Jimmy Johnson who has gone from a great college program to a successful NFL run? It took Pete Carroll til his second go-round to get it right. Nick Saban couldn't do it.
I guess what I'm saying is... if blacks want to get a head coaching slot, do it the old-fashion day: Earn it!
How about giving white players a fair shake, for a change?
The one thing published recently that gave me a smile was the Patriots’ All-Decade team with 10 of 11 whites on offense. Only RB James White was the exception — a reliable player I respect, not an extraordinary rusher but a superb receiver out of the backfield.
How many Wes Welkers, Julian Edelmans, and Danny Amendolas are out there unrecognized because of the unforgivable sin of being Caucasian?
Well, the Patriots dynasty was fun while it lasted. Looking ahead, it seems like the National Felons League is going to descend even further into depravity.
How about a 10 yard penalty for a white guy is only 5 yards for a black guy?
Or if you have a black coach you always start at the 40 year line?

It has been garbage football with suspicious results for a while. Plus constant replays, woke politics, and those damnable “holiday” ads, where people can’t say “Christmas.”
Have the whole team take a knee and drop the ball in the middle of each play.
How about some diversity among the players or does 85% black players mean you have reached “diversity?” Imagine the screaming if the players were 85% any other race.
I used to be a diehard fan but slowly drifted away. One Sunday I was home alone and turned on the tube to catch a game.

The latest antics have ensured that I will never watch another game unless the league crashes, burns and something like the old NFL replaces it.
Would that be something like “drop the soap” in the showers after the game?
Hmmm, let me see. Nope, still don’t give a flying flip about pro sports. Much better things to do and think about.
