What was this guy’s history?

The article is not helpful. It says he’s dead, but they can’t even tell whether he shot himself or the police did? And no background on the perp? That’s hard to believe in this day and age.

If they know his name, they know if he had a psychiatric history.

The relationship between the suspect and the victims isn’t known.

Officials say a memorial service took place at the cemetery just prior to the shooting, but everyone had left the grounds by the time gunfire erupted.
