He also said he’d stopped smoking tobacco but he was caught several times at the White House smoking.

Hennessy’s View has learned that Obama began these occasional conference calls with a handful of former officials about six months after leaving office in 2017. Over time, the 44th president stopped following a semi-weekly schedule of planned calls.

Heard the tape of Obama speaking in his “conference” on Tucker. One thing for sure. His speech did not flow freely. Did not sound intoxicated with alcohol but not sober. Sounded like a person who got very sleepy on opioids and took a boost of amphetamines. His “friends” might want to do an intervention.
