I’m sorry, I didn’t realize state laws were above the Constitution. All that says is that the Governor has the power TO DO Emergency Orders.
But it does NOT SAY that Governor Reeves actually made an Executive Order REQUIRING customers to wear masks.
Gov. Reevers has NOT required customers in grocery stores to wear a masks.

Only some Democrat city Mayors have (and they don't want Trump reelected).
