Frau Whitmer is a nut job. I live in one of five counties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula whereby there are only 10,000 people that reside in each of the 5 counties. There are no instances of coronavirus in the entire 5 counties. The five counties are Alger, Baraga, Calumet, Iron and Kewanaw
Like Wisconsin and other states, the people of Michigan agree on only one thing: the two political sides hate and despise each other.

There is no easy answer to the very difficult question of if or how American firms should do business in China. But, unfortunately, resolving this question is made harder because the debate is marred by a general lack of analytical clarity and is instead being driven by uninformed moral outrage, free speech absolutism, and American exceptionalism...

Another distasteful and unconstructive thread running through the current debate is America’s moral superiority because of its robust speech rights. At the core of the argument that U.S. firms should not do business in China—or if they do, they should somehow not comply with Chinese rules—is an argument about China’s speech constraints and, therefore, its moral inferiority. One of the tenants had a pipe leak in his shop. Trying to get a plumber is not impossible but very hard. So we cut off the water to that area and did a clean up. His wet vac decided to act up. Can't get your wet vac serviced either. I brought mine in and finished the job.
Whitmer being a female — I know, I know, that’s questionable — the article should be “die” (feminine), not “der” (masculine). If Whitmer is neuter, the article should be “das”.

I’ve sort of been collecting these lawsuits. This is the first one I know of that brings up the argument that government has to prove there is an emergency, it can’t just wave it’s arms.
Bring on the experts! We know there are doctors that disagree with Birx and Fauci.
