Students of nepotism will have no problem guessing who Bill de Blasio picked to head the Task Force on Racial Inclusion and Equity. That’s right — his wife:
"On Sunday, de Blasio put first lady Chirlane McCray in charge of a special coronavirus task force dedicated to racial inclusion and equity. De Blasio said the program would assist New York City to become a “better and more just society than the one we left behind.”"
“More just” means more biased in favor of politically preferred identity groups.
To confirm this, de Blasio quacks that the task force will focus on “confronting health disparities, specific needs in communities of color and breaking down structural racism.”
What a nice time to be anything other than a white male heterosexual Christian. Anyone else qualifies as oppressed and gets ever more unfair special treatment. With the feds flinging other people’s money around right and left, it’s good to be placed at the front of the line.
At least Chirlane McCray has qualifications. For example, she ran ThriveNYC. But I’m forgetting; that didn’t turn out so well. The mental health program blew through $850,000,000, and no one seems to know where the money went.
But that’s not her only experience. She also launched the program “She Built NYC” to erect statues of great female New Yorkers to counter all the male statues getting crapped upon by pigeons.
Unfortunately, she botched this too. She invited the public to vote; Mother Cabrini was the #1 choice. McCray overruled them and chose a pair of drag queens who were sociopathic freaks and not even women.
Actually, McCray does have a qualification to run the Task Force on Racial Inclusion and Equity. She is a Lesbian of Color. That ought to help her decide how to divvy up incoming federal goodies along proper Cultural Marxist lines.
GREAT wonder how much money will be missing from this new ridiculous committee!!!
Her pay check will make up for the disparate inequality attributed to the various minorities. A lot of money... how sweet is that for just sitting around and doing nothing.

He only wasted $860 million on his wife’s last program, according to one source I read a while back. Shouldn’t her second act be more ambitious?
