I did a search to see what those were:

D.C. Chapter’s rules for protesting - No violence, no profanity, no racism, no threats, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.

I’m not sure if this a complete list but certainly covers most of the bases.

Yes, that has been the rules since the first Free Republic demonstration called, March For Justice.

Also, always clean up afterwards. We don't leave our protest grounds trashed like the left does.
