The Gary Larson observatory? On the serious side, Professor Jack Burns, of the University of Colorado in Boulder, has been advocating this project since the 1980s.This is the latest in it.

NASA!? Then ONLY AMERICANS! Screw everyone else! Enough sharing our tech and accomplishments with those who will undermine us, until we have the current tech layered behind NEW tech, which only we own. Then let them in on some of the older tech.
