This is a webcam interview *substituting for* a clinic appt, after which the doctor supplies a prescription for the 2-pill abortion procedure, to be done at home. The doctor faxes the prescription over to the pharmacy, then the pharmacy delivers the kill-pills right to the woman's home, where she can abort right in the lovely privacy and dignity of her own toilet.
These so-called "medical" or "non-surgical" abortions have now surpassed surgical abortions as the most frequent way abortions under 10 weeks gestation are now done in the US.
Of course there's no real confirmation that the woman doing the webcam interview is even the pregnant woman, or that she's really under 10 weeks pregnant. It could be a a 12yr-old girl with an older friend or relative (or a friend or relative of the rapist who impregnated her) on the webcam, hoping to kill a baby who's perhaps little older than 10 weeks gestation? A perfect recipe for exploitation and dreadful injury to the girl/woman.
