I’m thinking the George article is correctly pictured in your post. Especially tantalizing is this excerpt from JFK Jr.’s Editor’s Note:
In that same issue, John’s editorial read: “We hope you enjoyed George’s take on the future. Why not put it somewhere safe and take it out in twenty years? To paraphrase a great Englishman, it may not get you what you want, but you just might find it will get you what you need.”

It’s now been about twenty years and here we all are, talking about the seemingly prophetic articles, Hilliary’s possible indictment, the future proving the past, and POTUS is playing that song at his rallies. There is SOMETHING here; I just can’t put my finger on it yet. Why would he say this, in this way, about a magazine?
There are double meaning in every phrase.
