POTUS said “W” maybe 3 days ago in presser; I think it was outside. POTUS was talking about the WHO and some other W organization (I think)...and he said just “W” and let it hang there.
What was the context when Trump said “W”? I try to listen to most of the briefings, but not all of them, just can’t manage the time.
