I've tried to come up with ways to refute such assertions about current Nazi's ruling the planet & found it difficult to impossible.

I would definitely concur with that. Being that the Nazis were largely financed by Western industrialists to begin with, the loss of the Germans just represented a transitional stage in their mission - not their extinction.
