not only politicians. lots in the following:

18 Aug 2017: Asia Sentinel: China’s Moneybag Friends at Harvard University
The level and sources of funding from China-linked tycoons and institutions for Harvard University is opaque and prodigious, and calls into question just how the dons at the US’s most prestigious educational institution handle the influence and remain unfettered academically and intellectually.
Harvard is not unique in being a soft but influential voice on China that has a conflict of interest because of China-linked money. The Confucius Institute program, which began in 2004 and is overseen by the Office of Chinese Language Council International, or Hanban, has been accused of buying influence in secondary schools, colleges and universities across the world, but particularly in the United States. Other organizations that are at least partially funded by China-linked money include Yale Law School’s China Center, Oxford University’s China Center, King’s College London School of Law, the Center for Strategic and International and Studies (CSIS), the Asia Society, the East-West Center, the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, the Committee of 100, and the Institute for China-American Studies (ICAS)...

On August 10, the New York Times revealed that a company called JT Capital gave US$10 million in 2014 to Harvard. JT Capital is linked to one of China’s top defense contractors...
The US$10 million donation occurred the same year that the Ronnie Chan family (Chan is a dual US-Hong Kong citizen property developer with extensive business in mainland China) donated US$350 million to Harvard...

The donation of US$350 million to Harvard in 2014 by Ronnie Chan’s family foundation, the Morningside Foundation, appears from an analysis of its Form 990s to be staggered over six years. This was not announced when the donation was made public. Approximately US$60 million was paid by the foundation to Harvard in both 2014 and 2015. To reach US$350 million, the annual payments to Harvard would have to continue through 2019, which is future expected revenue that can prove a particularly strong form of influence.

In addition to donations from Morningside, donations to Morningside are listed on the forms 990. Donations to Morningside are being transferred at up to US$60 million a year, but sometimes in multiple US$8.5 million transfers, from what appears to be multiple shell companies associated with the British Virgin Islands, Monaco, and Bettendorf, Iowa. The donations to the Chan-controlled Morningside Foundation are mostly not being transferred from the Hang Lung Group in Hong Kong, which is the primary public face of the Chan family businesses. Hang Lung does extensive business not only in Hong Kong, but in mainland China...

Author: Anders Corr gained a PhD from Harvard’s Government Department in 2008, worked in military intelligence for five years, and founded a New York consultancy in 2013.

Results of the U.S-funded research at the Wuhan Institute were published in November 2017 under the heading: ‘Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat SARS-related coronaviruses provides new insights into the origin of SARS coronavirus.’

With results published in 2017 it means money was given before 2016

Thanks Obama

Here's a scene from a movie nobody has ever seen anwhere:

CHINESE SCIENTIST -- Comrade, we have just isolated a virus that is so powerful it can incapacitate entire cites, even entire countries. Not only that, we have an antidote so our people don't suffer from this virus. Imagine a country where the people are too weak to fight but all of the infrastructure is intact. No radiation. No destruction. Nothing to fear. Anyone with this virus can just walk in and take over.

CHINESE PARTY LEADER -- Send the samples to the USA. They paid for the research so it's only fair we give it to them.

Marc Lipsitch from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health wasn’t only involved in the big fake scare that up to 70% of the world population could get infected by COVID19, and that 2%, or around 109 MILLION people could die, he was also involved in the ICU beds’ scare:

18 Mar: New Yorker: The Coming Coronavirus Critical-Care Emergency
By Benjamin Wallace-Wells
When the coronavirus outbreak first began, in December, in Wuhan, China, Ruoran Li, a doctoral student in epidemiology at Harvard, paid particular attention. Li’s research has focussed on tuberculosis, but she is originally from Shenzhen, a city of more than thirteen million people on the southern shore of mainland China, bordering Hong Kong. She gave an online seminar on the epidemiology of the outbreak in February, arranged by a Harvard student organization, and began to closely follow the social-media accounts of people in Wuhan...

During the peak of the epidemic in Wuhan, in mid- to late February, Li calculated that two thousand and eighty-seven COVID-19 patients required intensive care every day, usually including ventilator support. That meant that Wuhan’s medical-care centers needed about 2.6 intensive-care beds for every ten thousand adults in the city.

Li took her results to one of her advisers, Marc Lipsitch, who put her in touch with other epidemiologists, among them Eric Toner, at Johns Hopkins, who specializes in studying hospital capacity. Together, in a paper released on March 10th, Li, Toner, and four co-authors, all from Harvard and Hopkins, worked to apply the rates of bed need in intensive-care units from Wuhan to major American cities. According to a 2010 report that they cite, there are 2.8 critical-care hospital beds for every ten thousand American adults, and a separate study, from 2015, suggests that those beds generally have a sixty-five-per-cent occupancy rate. That means a Wuhan-like event in the U.S. would stretch, and perhaps overwhelm, many American I.C.U.s...
The upper bound, they calculated, would be 4.9 critically ill people per every ten thousand...

12 Mar: Buzzfeed: The Coronavirus Outbreak Could Spread To Millions In The US. We Don’t Have Nearly Enough Hospital Beds If It Does.
Models suggest that the US could be headed toward 150,000 COVID-19 cases by the end of the month, with only 45,000 ICU hospital beds nationwide. But there are some things we can do to help.
by Dan Vergano
Another model from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health suggests that a “moderate” scenario for the coronavirus pandemic, akin to a 1968 flu pandemic, could lead to 1 million people in the US requiring hospitalization this year. A “severe” outbreak would hospitalize 9.6 million people...
“A little more alarm is needed,” said epidemiologist Caroline Buckee of Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “We need people to start taking personal responsibility for social distancing right away.”...

We have bats, pigs, chickens, and all kinds of animals here, too. Yet, we don’t have outbreaks of this kind of shit.

Since our politicians/CEO’s have allowed this third world shithole access to all kinds of technology far above their “pay-grade”..they need to be nuked from orbit.

I’m not kidding. They have labs full of WORSE viruses that they have developed or stolen. They have reverse engineered nearly everything that our lovely CEO’s have sent there.

Thanks to this, they basically have our level of military, tech & medical “means” and abolutely NO moral compass. We have equipped a bunch of people who are the equivalent of the German SS with everything they need to destroy the rest of the world.

New Yorker reporter, Benjamin Wallace-Wells, has a “famous” brother, David/NY Mag:

12 Mar: NY Mag: Intelligencer: America Is Broken
By David Wallace-Wells
What we are seeing right now is the collapse of civic authority and public trust at what is only the beginning of a protracted crisis. In the face of an onrushing pandemic, the United States has exhibited a near-total evacuation of responsibility and political leadership — a sociopathic disinterest in performing the basic function of government, which is to protect its citizens...
Things will get worse from here. According to a survey of epidemiologists released yesterday, the coronavirus outbreak probably won’t peak before May. That doesn’t mean it will be over by May, of course, but that it will be getting worse and worse and worse over the next two months, and for much of that time, presumably, exponentially worse...
And for all of that time, the country’s response will be commanded and controlled by Donald Trump.

Trump is, of course, the last man in the world you would want in charge right now. In an extremely illuminating interview with Gabriel Debenedetti published this morning, Obama’s Ebola czar Ron Klain described his response to that threat, which he suggested was a relatively good model for how the U.S. might have responded to this one. That response began with 10,000 public-health workers sent to fight and investigate the disease. This administration has sent none, which means it has been, practically speaking, flying blind about the nature of the coronavirus and the challenges it represents to public-health systems. In fact, it’s worse than that; for all intents and purposes, the administration hasn’t been flying at all, spending the last three months sitting by entirely idle and indifferent, rather than scaling up testing regimes, issuing protocols, and preparing for a major surge of patients by developing contingency plans to expand hospital capacity around the country wherever it became needed. If reading about Ron Klain makes you wish he was still in charge, you are surely not alone...
https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020/03/coronavirus-shows-us-america-is-broken.html

David Wallace-Wells wrote a lengthy, ultra-alarmist gloBULL warming article for NY Mag, and a book of the same name - “The Uninhabitable Earth” - which was too extreme even for Michael “Hockey Stick” Mann:

12 Jul 2017: WaPo: Doomsday scenarios are as harmful as climate change denial
By Michael E. Mann, Susan Joy Hassol and Tom Toles
(Michael E. Mann is distinguished professor of atmospheric science at Pennsylvania State University and director of the Penn State Earth System Science Center. Susan Joy Hassol is the director of Climate Communication LLC. Tom Toles is the editorial cartoonist for The Post)
The New York magazine article (”The Uninhabitable Earth” by David Wallace-Wells) paints an overly bleak picture, arguing that climate change could render the Earth uninhabitable by the end of this century. Its opening story about the “flooding” of a seed vault in Norway leaves out that one of the vault’s creators told NPR “there was really no flood.” It exaggerates the near-term threat of climate “feedbacks” involving the release of frozen methane. It mischaracterizes one recent study as demonstrating that the globe is warming “more than twice as fast as scientists had thought,” when in fact the study in question simply showed that one dataset that had tended to show less warming than other datasets has now been brought in line with the others after some problems were corrected for. The warming of the globe is progressing as models predicted. And that is plenty bad enough...

yet that didn’t stop Mann from going on Morning Joe with Wallace-Wells and happily going along with the alarmist flow:

begins with Lesley Stahl/60 Minutes interview with President Trump and continues with attacks on the President; parts of interview repeats after 4m44s:

VIDEO: 6m15s: 21 Feb 2019: MSNBC: Morning Joe: ‘We are entering into an unprecedented climate’
Authors David Wallace-Wells and Michael Mann join Morning Joe to discuss the realities of climate change.

16 Aug 2017: Washington Times: China’s $360 million gift to Harvard
by Bill Gertz
Anders Corr, a former government analyst who specializes in foreign influence operations, stated in a letter to Vice President Mike Pence that a Chinese military-linked company, JT Capital, gave $10 million to Harvard in 2014, the same year the family of Ronnie Chan, a Hong Kong real estate mogul with ties to China, announced it is giving $350 million to the university. Both donations were “relatively opaque” and raise questions about the purpose of the funds, he said.
Mr. Corr, who received an international relations doctorate from Harvard in 2008, said the Chinese donations appear to be an attempt to introduce biases among the university’s professors in a bid to influence U.S. policy or public opinion in China’s favor...

“Allowing such donations does not appear to be in U.S. national security interests, and it does not appear to be necessary for Harvard’s research and teaching (it already has an endowment of $36.7 billion),” he said. “Perhaps there should be legislation against Chinese-linked money in U.S. politics, including think tanks and universities.”

The U.S. government gave Harvard $600 million in 2016, and over the years has provided billions of dollars for research and education, he noted.

Mr. Corr then asked the vice president, who met recently with Harvard President Drew Faust, to look into whether the China-linked donations violate U.S. foreign agents’ registration laws, and whether Harvard may be providing valuable U.S. technology to China in exchange. The $350 million donation also should be examined by the Treasury Department-led Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, known as CFIUS...

25 Dec 2019: Euraia Review: China’s Incentive To Pollute: Global Warming Is Big Business – OpEd
by Ander Corr
China is the biggest current cause of global warming, and it will profit handsomely and perversely by global attempts to limit that warming through clean energy manufactures imported from China. China’s green energy industry is exporting tens of billions of dollars annually, and creating hundreds of thousands of new jobs to stabilize its autocratic regime...

For example, China manufactures approximately two-thirds of the solar cells installed globally. In 2019, China’s solar component exports are expected to reach $20 billion, 25 percent greater than in 2018. China’s solar export sales to Europe accounted for 34.9 percent of the country’s total solar exports in the first three quarters of 2019.

Global warming is clearly big business for China.
By encouraging new emissions-heavy industries like coal power plants at home, China simultaneously expands its domestic economy while forcing the world towards the need to buy clean energy solutions like solar panels, wind turbines, hydroelectric dams, and nuclear power plants, all of which China is ready to provide for a fee...

How many government officials simply accept that we should have no rights in a nation of laws...
