Being male I can’t testify to this behavior in the women’s restroom.
Being human, I am betting it does...
Men die earlier from poor eating habits, smoking, drinking, and obesity.
Men, in general, have a higher filth tolerance. That’s why they can function better in foxholes, sewers and other filthy places.
