I’ve be ecstatic if my kids would call me 10 times a year.
I’m sorry. I hope you guys are able to catch up more since things are so much less busy. But, I hear that a lot from parents. My sister didn’t talk as much as she’s much busier with lots of things.
She was a night owl and insomniac too. So, We’d call or text each other 1-2 AM up until she got sick. Over anything big or small like ‘I’m texting you a pic of how I want my next hair cut to look’. I made her a FB acct and she’d call me to give me all the gossip about people she’d find. Lol. It was cute. I can hear her thick accent telling me now.
