I am looking at Worldometer, it is going to be bad. Looks like all the States with High outbreaks are seeing big jumps in deaths.

Ga 10 to 100
PA 29 to 61
NJ 86 to 229
NY 599 to 731

USA 1255 to 1268 This is at 1:08 PM. Many hours left in the day

Not good at all.

The death numbers aren’t people dying on the street, tho. They are those poor souls infected 3-4 weeks ago and vented 2-3 weeks ago. Time for families to make the hard decision that 50% of men and 40% of women aren’t going to survive venting, either because the lungs are shot, or other organs are shot. The most important numbers to watch now are new ICU admissions. That number will start dropping like a rock as people stay home and stop infecting each other.

Death do lag cases, so you could see numbers of new deaths per day in an area keep increasing, even as the number of new cases starts to decrease.
