The TDS is crashing and burning—the pandemic is international, and any attempt to pretend it is just the US won’t pass the laugh test—and the D candidate himself can’t pass the laugh test.
I doubt that the D candidate could pass an actual IQ test nowadays, at least with a score above 80.
