I take “One A Day” Men’s 50+ vitamins (I’m over 50 years old). The Zinc is listed as 24mg...which is 160% of the daily requirement.

No problems...been taking it for years.

I take the WinCo brand equivalent of that vitamin pill, too. No wonder I’ve never had a serious cold/fever in over two years.
