no one knows the death rate because all we know is how many have died, but not how many have been infected and didn’t die, and without knowing how many have been infected and didn’t die, then we can’t compute a death rate ...

We probably don’t even have an accurate number of how many died.

We also have changing treatment regimens.

That said, South Korea clearly has identified the vast majority of their ill. Their *floor* for a death/case rate is now at 1.7% (up from an earlier stated 0.4%), with 40% of the sick still to recover, their new cases having gone nearly flat about 3 weeks ago.
