Yes. The % positive really varies among states.
NJ was sky high at first because only the hospitalized who were very sick got tested. It’s coming down now. So many variables it’s hard to make any generalizations yet.
I’d much rather be in a place with low % positive. That much is clear.

NYS still has 3 or 4 counties clear of reported cases, Upstate. Other than our few metro areas and Tompkins (home to Cornull and Ithaca College), the state’s politicians are wreaking far more harm than the freaking WiFlu.
