Our neighbors have property in AZ
They always joke it’s off the grid
It’s literally in the middle of nowhere but would be good place to go if things get too crazy

Think it might be time to think about a bidet as a long term toilet paper adaptation.

I’d also think about a live-aboard type of boat. There are plans out there that enable you to build a fully decked out 55 foot catamaran, for under 200k.
