You would think they would have developed a vaccine first before they released it on their own people.Maybe they did and that is why the number of cases in China and deaths are insignificant compared to the total population.

I doubt the CCP really cares about losing 3200 people. Ask the GIs and Marines who fought in Korea about the concern Chinese commanders had for the lives of their troops. More Chinese died during and after Tianneman Sq than in Wuhan.

I am wondering if the lab was raided for some othe reason and people freed the lab rats or something on their way out the back door. Maybe even by accident
