I think this is going to blow over in less than 2 months. I don’t mind the recent restrictions. I understand why “flattening the curve” is a good idea. I am not against being cautious. But the fear is terribly overblown.
Please vacation in Italy and report back .
I agree with you just look at the world map and see where the infections are very few around the equator or south of it

I get it that hospitals can’t have unlimited capacity so we have to do everything reasonable to avoid a surge of cases (my daughter is an ER nurse for cripes sakes).
Also want to be careful about possibly infecting elderly friends and relatives or my uncle on chemo.
But total shutdown of the economy is not warranted.
That part is pure politics.
